Richmond County recently purchased a used Pierce from the Upperville VFD in Fauquier County .It is running as Engine 1 and allowed the former Engine 1 to become Engine 3 at the Newland station . Their 1985 Eone Pumper will be for sale shortly . I hope to get back soon when the sun wants to play right .

Finally found the specs on the new tunnel rescue.  2015 Freightliner/Pierce #27061-1 1250/1000/Husky 3 Foam system.  I am clear to assume that they have ordered more than one if the job number has the -1?  Would be nice if they would put one at the south tunnel and those around Virginia Beach.

Richmond County has placed in service a 2002 Pierce Dash that was purchased from the Upperville VFD in Fauquier County . It will run from the Warsaw Firehouse as Engine 1 .The former Engine 1 has been reassigned to Station 3.
