Brush-Tanker 14 IS NOT the one that flipped (unless it had been reassigned from 14's  // they have more than one so it is most likely a different vehicle)

Oh wow! Yeah, I'd say it got exposed, I do wonder if the situation was like that already when the truck was placed next to it?

 

So out of curiosity, what's the overall risk of buying this rig now?
