This was on the Caverns' website, different Crown engine, wonder if they have both or...? Photo credit to the photographer from the Grand Canyon Caverns website.
The central Yavapai autocar watertenders are one in the same. They have two, both were ordered as autocar/4 guys and refurbished in the early 2000s by interpipe equipment in phoenix. They gave them a 1978 (?) peterbilt/Howe that is now in service in ehrenberg, az as a trade for refurb on the two autocars. The Ford C has since been given to nutrioso fire in eastern az, after it was repainted by central and kept in service for several years after.
