The Downey Fire Department has been approved to lease/purchase two (2) 2015 Pierce Quantum Triple Combination Pumper Engines in the amount of $1,281,495.74. The engines will replace Engine 61 and 62.

They just aren't called Navy Fire. It protects all the Navy assets around San Diego, including North Island NAS, San Diego Naval Base, Amphibious Base, Point Loma and San Clemente Island, IIRC.
