Need alittle help with an L.A. rig but no pic....

So today friend of mine says they saw a L.A. truck on a flatbed I-90 west bound in Rapid City, SD but said they it wasent a new engine or tiller, so my question is, is L.A. City or County getting any new specialized equipment ?

It may have been one of the first 4 of six Rosenbauer Crash Rigs that is being delivered.
