The "old" company that closed was Eastway911, now they are just Eastway. Word is that they are using a different facility, will try to verify the new location.
Quote:Looks like they're still operating as Eastway. They have a display booth registered at the OAFC trade show in May.

As an instructor at Ottawa's Algonquin College, we recently did some training at the other college in Ottawa, La Cite Collegiale, a French language school.
La City operates this 1988 Ford C8000/Thibault 840/500 that was donated by the City of Clarence-Rockland.
Their other pumper is a 2002 HME/Fort Garry 1250/500, formerly Ottawa Pump 13A. Painted in the college colors, this is the only green rig in the Ottawa area.
Also at CFB Petawawa is this Skidder equipped with a 1500 gallon tank, remote gun on the front, and climate controlled cab. This unit is transported to the scene via flatbed. This unit runs as Forestry 7.

Prince Albert (SK) FD Engine 14 - 2006 Fort Garry/Spartan Gladiator 1250/500 Enclosed Top-Mount Pumper. IMHO Prince Albert has some of the sharpest looking apparatus around but they are difficult to shoot because of a short apron at the station. I caught them out at lunch time today.
