The Georgetown City Rescue was previously at Murrells Inlet Garden City and Myrtle Beach Rescue Squad prior to that. It had a Chevrolet or GMC Chasis as delivered. Credit to unknown photographer.

They had 2 identical rescues. Originally they served R1 & R5 then after a shift in station specialties one was re-assigned as R7. The remaining FL/Rescue Master now serves as Air 3 the last I saw.

I photographed one of them at Concord a few years back (I think I was with you).  Let's just say the one at Georgetown County is the other one.  Work with me here.....
