Those engines with the enclosed pump operator enclosure, do they also run heat into the pump space itself, and have other cold weather modifications?

Thank you for the question.  To the best of my knowledge here is what I know.  Like all the trucks built by Fort Garry Fire Trucks for the Canadian market, there are heat pans under the pump house to retain the heat (visible in the photo just before the wheel chocks).  For this far North, the pump house and crew cab area will be specially insulated and, likely, a diesel powered coolant heater will be supplied to supplement all the other heaters.

an interesting feature of Leduc County's pumpers is the second pump panel located at the rear of the truck.  They have adopted this design to facilitate operating on single lane country roads where they need to operate from a portable tank.
