If I may ask - why the change from Wheeled Coach to Road Rescue(yes I know all built in same plant by the mega REV group). Thanks in advance

The reason why A/TCEMS went to Road Rescue is because the City of Austin is in contract with Siddons. At that time Siddons was the Road Rescue dealer.
As for the low bidder I've been told that the Road Rescue cost more then
Wheeled Coach.
