In 1975, a second front line Engine is added to Station 1. This engine is assigned to all working fires in the city, and is used as a cover off engine for stations when training. 1975 Hahn assigned as Engine 21

Former Engine 7 moves to Reserve Engine 7, which also doubles as the training engine when not filling in for out of service engines.

A single rig is purchased in 1976, and is the first 4 door cab purchased, on a trial basis. This 1976 Thibault T-1000 is assigned to Engine 2
