MVA Attleboro, MA-Newport Ave-8/9/20
#1
I was on my way home from an EMT exam when I heard a report on TAC9 Radio about an MVA on Newport Ave in Attleboro, MA-the audio was being overridden by background noise, but if it was enough to be put over the air, it was worth taking in.  I was actually approaching the Newport Ave exit on I-95 so I continued past my normal turn to the accident scene.

I spoke with a witness who reported that at least one of the vehicles was travelling at high speed.  They estimated in excess of 100 mph.  There were two vehicles involved, both rolled, at least one multiple times.  The scene covered about a quarter mile an has snarled traffic for the forseeable future.  Multiple people were transported to Rhode Island Hospital, unknown status

Looking down Newport Ave.  The engine in the right of the phoyo is Engine 2, the one in the first image,  You can just make out the second car in the middle of the photo.
