That wrapped up our first week.  The next morning we headed out to our accommodations in Massanutten, VA.  We arrived earlier than our check in time, so we made a couple stops before getting rained out.

We stopped at Grottoes next, but no one was at the station, so we headed towards Elkton.  It was pouring before we got there and didn't let up, so we quit for the day.  Next morning it was raining and was supposed to be raining in central Virginia for a few days.  We decided to head north up I-81 to the West Virginia "hook".  We spent part of the day in West Virginia before heading south to Clarke and Frederick Counties in Virginia.
