My next stop was Sparks, GA.  Their VFD, PD and City Hall are all together in attached buildings.  Not a soul to be found at any of them, in fact, no one to be found anywhere in the "downtown" area.  In a grassy area just east of the government building, sat this old veteran of the SFD.  I was able to get some limited info at the time.  The cab was locked, but I have researched for additional info and put in a request to City Hall for more.  I will update if/when I get more.

The annual fire apparatus show was held at the North Carolina Transportation Museum this past Saturday in Spencer, NC.  I met up with "The Silent One" on Thursday morning in Clover, SC to begin our 4-day shooting spree.  By Sunday evening, I had added 115 new apparatus and better shots of about 25 more, plus five for the "Once is not Enough" thread.
