Going to NYC next week and plan on going to several houses if the better half permits it!! Does anybody on here know if Engine 71 in the Bronx sells their t-shirts. That is one of the stops i plan on making and if they dont I can cross it off my list.  Thanks

I am guessing that they will not refurb the old 15's quarters and leave them on Pitt St.?

17 did disband in 1991.



From what I've heard, the move is permanent. The cost to refurbish Engine 15's quarters was astronomical & TL18's quarters (aka Fort Pitt) is less then a quarter of a mile away with an open bay since Engine 17 was disbanded in 1991(?), about 3 blocks north in the shadow of  the Williamsburg Bridge.
