I will have to check with him for the actual legal words but if memory serves me correctly it was a claim that the accused were falsely charged because the Prosecutor's Office ordered the cases dropped. For those not familiar, in New Jersey and some other states the Prosecutor is the name of what some states call District Attrorney.

I hear ego had more to do with it than anything else....
I found these pictures in a Sent Mail folder and realized I never saved them to my computer. I posted them a looong time ago on one of the older boards, but I figured I'd add the photos to our NJ depository. They were taken April 30th of last year at Carlstadt's wetdown in Bergen Co.
Note their new Sutphen on the left. The brush breaker is from the West Windsor Vol. Fire Co. 1 of Mercer County (Station 43).
