I've always liked these WLF's beside the ALF Century and Pioneer. Those Ranger rebuilds are perfectly matched to the original design. If you didn't know it was a 60's design you could think it was a late 80's or 90's design after that rebuild. Don't look too hard to build as a model either.

1969 Ward LaFrance Ambassador, canopy cab, 1000/500, originally purchased by the Millersville fire company (Lancaster County, PA), cost new $37,000, model P80, Waukesha F-817-G gas engine, 325 HP, Hale 2CCBP high pressure pump, 4.5 KW Onan generator, removed from service in 8/97 and sold to 2 brothers named Boyer from Schuylkill Haven (Schuylkill County, PA). By 2002, owned by Ray T. Pugh – member of the Newtown Antique Fire Association (Bucks County, PA).
