The Scope was sold at auction last week to a towing company for 6500. they're going to rip it apart for the motor and axles. it was the very last Mack CF chassis completed. I cant copy the pic, but if you go to www.nyc.gov/dcas and go to auto auctions, then selected values from the May 2nd auction, you can see it now. very sad... but-we're trying to get the boom and jacks to put on a new chassis.

What is the unit to the right of this truck......a Mask service truck?
This was the FD's Muster rig before they rehabbed it in the early '90's.
Forgot to put my "kid filter" on before shooting the rig. <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
I posted more pictures of this one over in the other Mack topic (http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/index....80&start=80).

Ok, "where the heck is Swannanoa NC?" the answer is "just down yonder from Black Mountain." Swannanoa was home to a big Beacon Blanket mill until corporate decided to move the jobs to "south of the border."
