Along side I-69 in Daleville, Indiana sits this 1973 Seagrave 100' midship. I think I remember seeing Greenwood FD on the cab before being repainted for the flea market at which it now sits.

#5. This rig has been sitting here for at least 5 years, maybe longer. The interior looks to be still in pretty good shape.

I decided to post these pics in Relics but some of them may have been rebuilt, sold and put back in service. They were taken at Crash Rescue in Dallas during the 2000 ICHIEFS Convention

While out in Madison County, we found this truck hiding in the old Hot Springs PD impound lot, alongside two other old rescue vehicles from Hot Springs...a 1996 Ford Crown Vic & a 1991 Chevrolet Astro. Both these were used for First Responder duties, while the truck pictured below was once the first out engine. It doesn't appear to be totally out of service, but it doesn't appear to have been moved in a while.

GMC used that style cab from 1960-66. Not sure of the exact year.

And here she is now... <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Sad' />

Cruso sold her to make more room in the station. She's now owned by a local man who parked her out in a parking lot, leaving her to rust away. This truck had never spent a night outside a station until this man bought her. To see it in service, and to see it now, just hurts. Her future seems dim, as he plans to make a rollback-wrecker out of her. SOMEBODY SAVE HER PLEASE!!!

Can anyone tell me any more about this rig than I know? It's sitting on the bed of a tractor & trailer at a local rock business, but there is no sign of a former chassis in sight. It's an "Amertek" and has the number "DEH-616" in black letters on the back of the body. Hopefully somebody knows more about this truck than I do!
