Engine 33 was in with Engine 32 and Ladder 32 and became Fulton Engine 4. It ran out of Fulton Station 2 for many years, until Atlanta closed Station 39. Engine 37 was housed with Engine 34 at what became Fulton Station 11.
Stair Truck 48 has recently been assigned this 2007 Ford F-500/Accessair APS60FR mobile Rapid Response Emergency Airstair unit. It responds from Station 40.
GA Dave, What's the whole story about Atlanta FD's CoLLet Jaguers ????? Were they just a nightmare or what. They sure didn't waste any time replacing them thats for sure.

As far as I know... there was only one rear-mount Seagrave stick. It moved around. I don't know what it's first assignment was. It's last regular assignment was Truck 38. When Truck 4 was disbanded, their ALF TDA went to 38 and the Seagrave went into reserve. It was at 29 for a while after the Grumman had been backed into the wall and the piping had to be replaced on the Grumman. The Seagrave had been assigned at one time or another to 16, 25, 38 and I've been told 1.

It sat around for a couple years and was then donated to the Jonesboro FD to join the former Yellow 7 Aerialscope. When the Jonesboro VFD was disbanded in 2005, it was returned to Atlanta, but I've lost track of it since.[/quote]

Here is my two cents. This is on the front of the "Home Guard" on Howell Mill Rd., and the former home of "Big Red". This and places like others numbered like between 21 and 28 were Fulco Station way back when. Then Hotlanta annexed those areas, and now they are pretty much inncer city neighborhood.
Any of you have pictures of "Big Red"? I rpobably do somewhere, but certainly not digital.
Do you all have a new chief, or some candidates?
