Are you sure that's a Towers? Nothing I see says Towers to me. It's been heavily modified if it is a Towers.

I didn't see an response's to this one, so here goes. I do know that Portland ME had an ALF Pacemaker engine that the shops did some very similiar diamond plate work to. Seeing as how it's only in Naples ME, it could very well be the same rig.
