With a bit of Photoshop work I was able to clean this shot of what I am pretty sure is a wild wolf that runs around the Old Spauding Road area of Norfolk Rd.
This shot was on the front page of the 5 Village News - which is New Marlborough's (MA) community media outlet. October '06 - I have seen this critter one other time a little further north but it was even further away. New Marlborough's Southfield Village borders Norfolk, CT.

Some folks who know told me the behavior I described to them that the critter exhibted was wolf like. We do have a fairly large coyote population in the area, but most were much smaller that this one.

OK guys, we grabbed the kids today and did the Boston Duck Tour (for those not from the area, its a historic ride around Boston and on the Charles River in a brightly colored, surplus WWII DUKW). At the end of the tour the driver asked where everyone was from. The answers were Mexico, Russia, Chicago, Panama City, Florida and when he got to us "Baw-stun." Everyone laughed. I shot a few photos of our old Beantown that I thought I would share.
First is the Boston skyline from the Charles River looking from Cambridge towards the back bay.
Next is just an old vs. new taken looking towards the financial district and State Street area. I might add that ALL photos were taken by me from a moving vehicle 12 feet off the ground.
Lastly, just a view looking at a fountain in Cambridge just near the Charles River. I have a couple more attempts at artsy shots (Capitol building, steeples etc) but don't want to over-post. Some great photos from other posters - looking forward to some more non-fire stuff.
