This is a Special Care Transport, or in other words the truck they use if they can not fly. Lots of helo companies down here use them, I know PHI has three, two of which are at Scott & White in Temple. Not sure where this truck runs out of, but I would assume Harris Ft Worth or the Careflight Dallas base (can't remember which hospital they are at right now).
