Is that one of the LED Roto-Rays? I remember when I was at my uncle's shop not too long ago, he advised me that he was producing one for a rig in MD, as well as a few for a local MD/VA/DC apparatus dealer. The diameter of the lamps look smaller than the usual Roto-Rays you see most often.
