TEXAS RIGS
On a recent trip that took me through Texas, I stopped at Weatherford, and at Sweetwater. In Sweetwater, I photo-ed this F.A.C.T. pumper. The Sweetwater chief told me this was the last pumper that F.A.C.T. made. I've since found out that it was the only pumper F.A.C.T. made on a custom chassis. This rig will be replaced in November with a Rosenbauer pumper.

The last Abilene shot that I have is the front of the 1936 IIRC Seagrave 65 Foot Ladder. Sorry about the quality of some of the shots they were taken in the mid 80s and early 90's. I will post in the future some San Angelo and Whicita Falls that I have. Some of my year/pump/tank sizes may not be correct. So please correct me if I am off.

The East Texas Historical Fire Society held their 22nd Annual Muster on October 27, 2007, at Lake Palestine near Tyler, Texas. The weather was crystal clear, and the attendees were treated to a wonderful time. Photos of the muster will follow. Apologies in advance for the shadows and some of the lighting. For those unfamiliar with this area of Texas, we do have a lot of trees here.
