Here is one of their ambulances from back then. It was a 1982 Chevy/Modular Corp. It was based at Station 3. Station 2 had a carbon copy of this one as well. They're still using Chevy chassis to this day.

Next is Truck 4, which was this 1966 Mack B-85, 65 ft ladder. Sorry, but I can't find the photograph of the engine they had. It was a Mack CF engine . If I can find it I'll post it. They too had an ambulance as well.

Eventually Garland discontinued the 2-engine stations and started buying quints which serve today as either an single engine or a truck company depending on the station they're assigned. Station 3 had an engine, truck and ambulance when I photographed their quint. It was this 1991 Pierce Lance, 75 ft/1250/300, Truck 3.

Station 4 became a single company with this 1991 Pierce Lance, 75 ft/1250/300, Truck 4. It is now a reserve truck. I believe 4's still runs a quint and an ambulance at their station.

The third rig they bought wasthis 2000 Ferrara, 75 ft/1055/500/20A, Truck 7. The word I got this weekend is that it will soon be replaced wth a Pierce Quint. The 2 Ferrara engines were sold but they will keep the Quint as a reserve.
