A good friend of mine lives in the appartments above E-40 / L-35. Usually when I'm down in NYC I try to stop in all the time. When the house had Macks, there was a little more space in the apparatus bay!!!
What year is Engine 23, looks in remarkable condition for that era of FDNY Seagrave.

What exactly does the Emergency crew do? Are they special call only like a hazmat or the rescues?

Well I am sitting at the airport waiting for my delayed flight to New York for yet another visit so that's why I'm going through and posting older photos. Last up is my favourite FDNY photo I have taken to date. Ladder 4 responding through a steam stack on West 54th. The photo won the January Apparatus of the Month competition. [/quote] great shot.....could i have a copy of this.. its my company
