I also hit Buffalo and managed to get several rigs, including Engines 1 and 21, Rescue 1, Ladder 5, and the new squad, but all those have been posted already.

GADave,

Here is the run down on the St. Mary's Fire Dept. I photographed their apparatus last summer as well. I'm also glad to see that Jay Twp's new Rescue is in service. It wasn't whenever I did my Elk County trip.

Great shots Dave! Keep 'em coming. Would assume this would be the most you've shot in a year?

Nah, it's been a great year, about 700 rigs, but I've done better.

When I was there in June, 2006, the cab doors had been removed from the rig, many inside cab parts were missing along with the front bumper. I would say that its future was bleak at that time.

I was able to record the serial # as 3753 and the model was FFC 81R.

Thanks for the info.

I first saw it September 2005 with the company name cut out from the cab. It was still there September 2006 in the condition you described. This year as I went by I noticed it was gone. What a waste of a rare rig.
