If this is a former FDNY rig, anyone know if this is the rig formerly assigned to TL-14? I was thinking that TL-14 was a '80 model year and TL-119 was a '81 model year.

That's correct, Larry. The former TL-119 that went to Rolla, MO (as Mike said) is HS-1575.
Spalding County, GA has recently taken delivery of six new apparatus from E\-One. Here is a group shot taken behind Station 1 just prior to them going into service.
Spalding County does not display Company Numbers on the apparatus, just a shop number. Company assignments had not been finalized when I took the photos.
A few weeks ago, I met up with Andrew and Micah in Shelby, NC to shoot some rigs. I think Andrew has already posted most of those pics, but I shot some on the trip up there.
Sorry about the "wrong-side" shots, but this is where I found them and the guys inside were busy loading very heavy stuff onto a large truck. I considered offering to help in exchange for repositioning the apparatus, but then I came to my senses, snapped my pics and got the hell out of there! <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/hysterical.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
A few miles up the road and over the state line, I stumbled onto the Number 3 Volunteer Fire District of Shelby, NC. I even lucked out and found a firefighter in the station who was willing to pull the rigs out for me!
Nope, and I'm not sure if this is the same Buffalo FD that has the old PBC Hush. I think that one is in Union County. The Buffalo FD I shot is in Cherokee County.
