Ebay has them going in upwards of $300 to $400, sometimes more...just depends on the week.

I forgot what yar it was, at least 1977 if not earleir when my father and I were dropping off my aunt at JKF Airport when we noticed a car on fire as we were walking to the terminal. 2 minutes later here comes this big Pathfinder
into the parking lot and opens up on the car with its deck run. Made quick hisotry of the fire.
The Dark Maroon Mack Cab from Interstates lot appears to be a cab off of an old Oakmont, PA. in Allegheny County Mack. The department had a Mack CF Engine, and Tower. The Tower was refurbished by ITE in 2001. Maybe a new cab was placed on the tower.

NEW they are $1500-1800... Used depends on condition and age... $500 and UP if really good... BUT depends on HOW BAD SOMEONE wants it!

That is a 1955 IHC R/American 500/500 that served as Newberry IN's only engine from 1990-2000. It originally served Roachdale IN. I was told a couple of years ago that it went to a local farmer.

The reason they used it for a tanker is because they got it dirt cheap(from a guy in the Cincy area), and it carries plenty of water. It's been OOS now for the better part of 3 years. First it was a cracked block and then electrical problems. My guess would be that it will never be in service again! And yes I am a bit elusive Doc! Just not enought time in the day to be on the computer anywheres near as much as I used to.

That first one is from Rocky Hill CT. It's a 1949 85ft'er that they bought from Hartford CT in 1984. Why I'm not sure, because they already had a Sutphen tower and Maxim MM. It lasted at Rocky Hill until 1990, and I was told it was sold the FD in North Coventry CT.
if that in fact IS Truck 3 from Rocky Hill....they've removed the white cab enclosure. it was obtained by Rocky Hill to be used as a spare truck. upon disposal it was donated to the fire museum at the trolley museum in East Windsor, Ct. it was on Ebay sometime in the last couple of years.
Rocky Hill now has thre front line trucks....a Sutphen 100' mid-mount stick, a Pierce 95' mid-mount tower and a Pierce 105' rear-mount stick.

Training Center back in late Sept.2007, this carcass is allegedly the remains of a 1968 Ward LaFrance Ambassador 1250/350, originally West York,PA., and then many years at the York Co. Training Center. It seems to have been operable, but since the training center now has a 77 Mack CF from Mt. Union,PA., the future looks bleak for this critter.

Thanks, Frank. It now belongs to a member of the Derby City Fire Apparatus group and has since at least 2006.
