Keith we had to have some good taste in here with all the E-1's LOL

Actually that ride looks great.

I seen the Bronto's on the Pierce's bodies long before I saw them on the E-Ones'!!

That rig looks very similar to Monrovia's old Brush 701 except for the paint job

A common style E-1, a trend back when it was ordered. Almost stock ordered...

In the 1980's Fort Lauderdale Fire-Rescue began replacing it's fleet with E\-One apparatus, and also painting them in lime as part of the visibility trend. These photos were taken as these rigs were in the reserve fleet in 2001, they were all sold at auction in 2006

Vehicle 3083 is a 1989 E\-One Hush with 1500 gpm pump, and 500 gwt and served as Engine 47 prior to becoming a spare

Vehicle 3434 is a 1991 Hush XLT with 1500 gpm pump and 500 gwt and served as Engine 2, then Engine 8 before becoming a reserve

Vehicle 3006 is a 1989 E\-One Hurricane 80' quint with 1500 gpm pump and 300 gwt and served as Quint 2 before being placed into reserve status (sorry it's the best shot of it I have)

I found this photo on an unknown photographers album site about a year ago while doing random google image searches, so credit to him or her.

Shown here is Engine 7 (now Engine 46) running in it's 1987 E\-One Hurricane 1500/500 at a working fire in 1988, it carried city vehicle number 2856

Below is Engine 16, which was originally owned by the Wilton Manors volunteer fire department, prior to being contracted out to Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue. When acquired all that was changed was the lettering for Wilton Manors was removed and the door logo was changed. The Engine served as Engine 16, then Engine 8, then back at Engine 16 again before becoming a reserve and being sold at auction.
