3 was always getting a tower as far as I know, and they were not sure if the TDA would fit in 19. They wanted the tower to go to 1 and the TDA to 19, I guess they will make it fit.

Where do they keep the boat at? I saw nothing that resembled a Boat when I was their taking pictures.
