Good catch Dave, Ronnie B is not known for his Apparatus info taking! Oh Well.
The Commish,
I thought the Mack CF from Ulster looked and sounded familiar: 1972 Mack CF-685-F12, canopy cab, 1250/750, delivered 6/19/72. This was purchased used in 1989 by the West Bradford FC (Chester County, PA) from the Union Hose Company of Ulster, New York, for $50,000 to replace the 1987 Spartan/Saulsbury while it was being repaired. It was never repainted to match the other units in the company, 235 HP diesel motor, 2-speed automatic, 20 gal. Foam system. It was retained by the company when the 1987 Spartan/Saulsbury was returned from Saulsbury. It was loaned to the Glenmoore Fire Company (Chester County, PA) from 9/91 - 2/92 when their tanker was destroyed in a crash. It was sold in 1994 for $35,000 to a Alum Bank Community Fire Company (Bedford County, PA). It was lettered for the new company prior to leaving West Bradford. Alum Bank sold it in early 2002 to the Delaware FD, Delaware (Nowata County, OK). Someone help me out here - I thought I saw on one of these threads a GMC/National Foam piece from upstate NY ? I can't seem to find it. (Help out a person who has lost part of his mind !) Many thanks, Bruce
