1966? According to my Ford truck book, quad headlights appeared on Ford C-series trucks only from 1958 until 1961 at the latest.
That's right. But I have seen several later built Ford C with Young bodywork, all with double headlights. Maybe a Young specialty ?

Scott, the Keating/Ross Twp. squad is a Sharpsville, and the Folcroft is a Gerstenslager. The Bausman Ford/E-1 is in Glen Rock, York Co.,PA.

Juergen and others, Young offered a dual-headlight option on Ford C's throughout the 1960's.
