I think this truck is very unusual. Ladder 1 in Evanston/Wyoming operated this 1973 Ford C with bodywork from Superior (US). It was equipped with a 1000 gpm-pump, 500 gallons of water, and a 65' rearmount ladder.

And here is my question to the experts: Who was the builder of this ladder ???

This truck was manufactured in 1976. It's great to see this truck again. Great riding, great memories. I served on this piece from 1999 to 2001, and my step father from the very early 1970's to the early 1990's. This truck was recently retired, and is privately owned.

This is a "1966" Ford c750 full walk in rescue. Powered by a 391 v8 engine, spicer 5 speed trans. Has a winch under the back step, and an A frame similar to a tow truck. She runs great. Do you have more photos?

These are updated photos where the newly installed siren mount, the Federal 77 Double Tone siren which as a unique 2 siren sound to it. Also, the Mars 888 light can be viewed here. The Mars light was installed in tribute to Squirt 542 of Gloucester City, NJ that I used to serve on, & its a genuinely neat light.

Our piece lead the way for the other pieces that attended. We are based in this city, so it was a true honor to lead. I was dressed as "Uncle Sam" & in the drivers seat along with 2 members of our brigade. Our federal 77, & electronic sirens got a workout. Our Squad lit up with its red white & blue lights on the cab & on the roof. The light we had up there was a Federal 184 light was replaced by the type it originally had on her. A Federal CJ 184 light with PA speaker. The 2 chrome speakers are powered by a Federal PA15a siren which we wired a headphone stereo cord to the radio port so we can play music through the speakers. Our music... Generated by Moose's Famous MP3 Player. Magnets with our logo were purchased until a full repaint can be done.
