I think it was in reserve status at this point. By the way, Palm Beach County had a 5 squad bodies built by Gator as well as 2 or 3 refurb bodies built on other custom chassis.

That nice Hahn is Ex-Berkshire Heights, Pa Fire Department.... Berkshire Heights Fire Department was closed down or merged a couple of years ago... although who they merged with I can't quite recall... possibly with what would become the Township of Spring Fire Department?? It looks like Aeristes has come a long way from the days of an old 50's era Dodge pumper... nice looking stuff there. It is a shame that thier Patriot took a dump on them... it was one of my favorites at Summit Station when it ran there!!!

The Berkshire Heights Fire Department and Wyomissing Fire Company merged to form the Wyomissing Fire Department, located just west of the City of Reading, PA.
Does anyone Know if the Ward Lafrance Patriot was originally thiers, or did they buy it second hand, and if so where did it come from?
They bought it from the Summit Station Fire Department in Schuylkill County, Pa... as far as I know it was bought new by Summit Station... but I have always had a sinking suspicion that it was purchased from the Linfield, Pa Fire Department. Either way, it came from Summit Station before Ariestes.
Im trying to find out were Bristols 1976 Ward La"Junk" Patriot went after we sold it. We had tons of problems with it, sold it in 1983 and bought a Hahn.

Thank You! I will have to take some pictures of it when I visit the collection in New York.
