Quote:Emporium, PA ran this 1977 Ford C/Young 75' quint. It had a 1000 gpm pump and a 500 gallon water tank. Stone Harbor, NJ had similar-looking unit. #76-637 is a Young Fire Commander. Young built six Fire Commanders, all with 65' L.T.I. aerials. This one was later sold to Coudersport, PA. Hillsborough, NJ had a similar Fire Commander that was rebuilt on a Hendrickson 1871C chassis after a wreck. Stone Harbor, NJ had a Ford C/Pierce 75' Telesqurt. Quote:Could this be the same truck? Loke like the same paint scheme Coudersport used. They have the ladder size wrong too.
E6061,
Yes the firetec rig is the one from Coudersport, and formerly Emporium. Coudersport has done a lot of improving over the past couple of years. I think they have replaced the entire fleet. |
