Additional info: Lampter 1950 Mack Type 45A, semi-cab, 500/600, placed in service on 6/9/51, repainted after 1960. The pump was rebuilt in 1984, serial #45A1020. One of only 44 built, gas motor, 5-speed manual transmission. It was sold to Morris & Kevin Bohlayer, a collector from Freeland, MD in 1992. From Al Powell files: Nottingham 1981 Hendrickson 1871S/Grumman, canopy cab, 106 ft rearmount Fire Spire aerial ladder, offered for sale in 19 92, 12-92-ladder failed certification making replacement mandatory and difficult to sell, offered for sale in 1993 & 1994 for $25,000 (negotiable)- aerial not certified, chassis model 1871C, Detroit 8V-92 diesel, auto trans, Wat 1000 gpm, in 1994 after being unable to sell-sold by Vilsmeir Auction Co.- Montgomeryville Sat.,Aug. 27,1994 9 AM-highest bidder regardless of price-sold to Ravine (Schuylkill Co.)- original body removed and 20 ft rescue body built by Yaissile Body Co.-Pottsville-repainted LYW, ladder sold to East Penn Sales-Pottsville, housed 6-11-83, in 2006 offered for sale-asked $35,000, in 2006 sold to Pinewood VFC-Goldsboro (Wayne Co.),NC-repainted RW Lansdale 1968 Seagrave, semi-cab forward, low-profile K-series, 100 ft Rear Admiral steel aerial ladder, ordered 2-67, delvd 5-68, $60,843.79, in 1984 sold to Citizens Hose-Freeland (Luzerne Co.),PA, in 1997 failed ladder test-taken OOS and sold to collector
