Did manage to get a halfway decent profile shot though..

Hope someone's planning on restoring her...be a shame for her to sit there and rust!

The rig's located behind Commonwealth Photography at 4227 Old Hundred Rd in Chester, VA (At Old Hundred and Harrowgate) and is for sale to anyone interested...I just talked to the owner of the business on the phone.

Good photos Rob. I will have to go down there and look at her. It looks like a old Richmond wagon. I have to get close to her and see what she will "tell me".
I stumbled upon this rig in Theressia, FL. It was built on a Mack chassis by the Florida Forestry Commission. When I shot it, I was thinking that it was similar to a rig I had shot many years ago at the Georgia Forestry annual show in Perry, GA. When I compared the pics, it's the same rig, but the 250 GPM pump, 5 gallon Class A foam system and booster reel have been removed. This rig has a 1000 gallon tank.
Do you have the pics of this truck in it's original condition?

John,

On the number or serial wasn't able to get too the truck due a fence and no one was home... It's one our old trucks, so let me see if they still have any of the records at the downtown station...

Update...

Called downtown talked to one older guys he found the following info, but no serial number... 1969 FWD - Pierce 1250 - 0 - 85'... He said he'd keep looking...

Went back a few weeks ago and it was in a bay, but with an inspection sticker of 07 of 2004.
After a couple of years trying to purchase this unit, being told it was going to be kept and restored, I will find out this Monday (June 9th) if it will be mine or not. Everyone pray for me! <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Big Grin' />
