Interesting paint job. What company had this rig prior to it becoming a spare? It reminds me of the bicentennial when a lot of the companies had patriotic paint schemes.

they is on in ever borough i dont know there ranks though. i know that the Bronx borough command is at eng 72 and the Manhattan borough command is at ladder 25/div 3
