This is a rare Mack B21, one of only 9 produced. It was one of six delivered to Seattle in 1958. The longer hood was required to cover the massive 324 horsepower Hall-Scott motor. The six Seattle B21's had Heiser bodywork and pumped 1500 GPM.

The Last Resort Fire Department participated at the Issaquah Car show this weekend. One of the rigs they brought, a former Seattle Fire Department, one of a kind, 1969 Kenworth-Maxum 100' TDA. Heiser added the compartments in Seattle after the trackors completed the round trip to and from the Maxim plant in Middleboro Massachusetts. This is the only one of two, purchased by SFD to survive.

Here is the remains of a SFD 1951 100 foot TDA. In 1977 it was involved in a wreck which totaled the ladder and trailer. LRFD puchased the undamaged tractor and converted it to a tow - fleet service, truck.
