This may be the same rig I shot in 1997, a demo unit. Aside from the front intake, I can see no difference in the rig. The one I shot had a 750 tank.

Plano per my friend in the explorers who asked a captain "almost never, except training" they usually just put the stick up for looks Cant say the same about DFW, Love field or other departments with snozzles.

Maybe I can answer that for you. about 2 years there was round rock fire department and round rock volunteer fire department. The volly department responded to unincorporated areas in round rock as well as williamson county. With volunteer decreases and budget decreases the volly department disbanded and the city of Round Rock, the career dept., now took all responses. Maybe just a word snafu, but I think that is the point that Tac was trying to make.
