Here she is at our brigade headquarters with the newly replaced "Pink" headlights with a nice blue. (Notice above the 1611 on the stde it says Parade Engine 23?) That was done for 2 reasons. 1) to satisfy an agreement to leave the gold leaf as was, & 2) Our Brigade Station numbers are 23. Lettering is being made for us by VCI in Berlin NJ that will replace the red white & blue magnets. <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/drredengine.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

1949 American Lafrance 75' this was Smithfield's first truck and was purchased from Norfolk in 1981. The rig ran until 1991 when it was replaced by a used Mack/Baker 75' scope. As a side note this was also used by franklin mint to make a modle of the rig in its Norfolk lettering.
