Pierce/Snozzle
So is this a going to be replaced by a new truck or being glided?

My immediate first thought on this rig was that it looks like the Charlie Brown Christmas Tree of Fire Engines. Poor thing.
I read it as a new truck with a new Tele-Squrt aerial, I'd bet Rosenbauer/General if the recent pattern holds true...Anyone got shots of any Flower Mound Fire apparatus?
Here is a picture that I shot at the plant.
Plano E-6 2008 Spartan Gladiator/Rosenbauer General 1250/500/30/CAFS/60' SN#2771
One more showing the hose bed.
This rig is now in service, I plan on shooting it at the next fire.

Hmmmm. I like that Plano rig. Now put it on a Spartan Evolution chassis and make the aerial a mid-mount and then we're talking. I wonder..........................Ha ha.

They also received a mid-mount spartan but its a 2006 model and I believe it was sent back to the facility for a build problem.

In the past, the BA maint. and repair guys had hand-me-down EMS units given to them but it looks like they finally got something NEW!!! Two of these Dodge Sprinters were spotted today at the shops (one of them just back from getting graphics).

John,
any plans for the ambulances to go (back) to red stripes as well?
Patrick,
Yeah, that's the rumor floating around right now...new Fire Chief said the "taxi cab yellow" stripes had to go so speculation is that the 16 new EMS units on order will either be RED or at least have the red stripes. Had a good trip to Corpus and got a bunch of rigs. Neatest one is this 2007 Spartan Ferrarra in Cibolo, Texas
it looks like all you texas guys get around the state pretty good, so i have a request. if anyone is from the Hallettsville area i was wondering if you have any pic's to post of their apparatus. i have a friend living there, not into the fire service stuff, and i'd like to see what protects the town. thanks in advance.
