This rig was not there the day we visited, this shot is from several years ago. To make them match, the 1995 Spartan/KME was fitted with an "F.M.C." logo in the grille.[/quote]
Just info, the new truck designation for this rig is Ladder 70. It has been having some aerial work done to it. They are looking to replace this rig in the next couple of years.

On the second day, we met up at Salisbury Station 1. The City is growing, currently running from four stations. Talk of annexation has South Salisbury becoming Station 5.

After we left Salisbury, things slowed down. We had trouble finding anyone at several of the VFD's around the northern part of the county. We went from Spencer to East Spencer with no one home at either place. We wanted to return to east Spencer to shoot their platform, which is a one-of-a-kind. Only a few members are authorized to drive it. We ended up at the Union FD, located SE of Salisbury. We had heard them go out on a medical run on Andrew's scanner.

From there, we headed to Millers Ferry, but no one was there. We went past Spencer again, no luck either. We were headed to Franklin, but stumbled onto Ellis Cross Country on the way.
