Did the Amtrak cops see you shooting pics and not harass you? Railfan photogs around Amtrak facilities are constantly harassed by them under the claim of "homeland security" measures and the "patriot act."

I've taken the photos on public property. They can stick their "Homeland Security" crap up their ass as far as I'm concerned. I've had it with people taking that to the extreme.
Pics above were taken on a public street and there were police officers walking back and forth, nobody said anything.

[/quote] I agree with you only relaying that railfan photographers and videographers have had a lot of problems taking pictures of railroad facilities and trains from public property when it comes to railroad police of all kinds including Amtrak.
