We stopped there and they were doing some repairs to the rear warning lights. E-3 is similar to the E\-One at E-13, but a 1994 with a 750 tank, #13640. We found E-2, along with E-8, 12, 13 and L-1 at the training grounds.

Years ago, Engine #3's engine was white because Engine #2 was red. Also at one point, there were no doorways to get from the Engine #2 side of the station to the Engine #3 side of the station.
I believe both companies run out of the same side of the building now, onto Meeting Street. Engine 3 was in the north bay. The bays on Wentworth were occupied by an antique Mack, an Ahrens-Fox and a steamer.
Fantastic work Dave! Looks like "Everything is better in Metter." They've updated that fleet nicely. Looking forward to your Hilton Head shots. I'm heading there soon myself. They give you a time table on the new Crimsons?

The first two are supposed to be delivered in a couple weeks. The rest will come in staggered over the next couple months. They said that all should be in service by January 1.
I shot a day in Beaufort County myself this summer - nice rigs and super nice guys. Love the coast from Charleston to Jacksonville!

This was our last rig on Tuesday. As we shot this, it was already sprinkling. It turned into a downpour before they got it backed into the house!

The next day, we headed for Savannah, with a couple of planned stops along the way. The weather was not the best, got worse then better, and we never made to Savannah that day. We managed to shoot about 30-35 rigs that day in between the showers.
