I had wondered where that one was going. Larry speculated it was West I-10, it was hard to tell from the Martin website. Looks like the "Maryland Special" lighting package! Love the Roto-Ray and Mars lights!

Aldine purchased 2 Pierce Sabers in 2002. The Sabers saw quite abit of action and didnt fare to well to the amount of calls and the roads conditions. Those trucks took a beating. Both where sold in 2006 and replaced with the current 2 2006 Arrows. With this purchase, the one of the 2006's will become a ready reserve. E11 will get a new piece and new E31 will go to the new station.



There is talk about upgrading the reserve and E21 to have Roto-Rays and twin Mars. The lighting package idea was taken from what Hollywood, MD put on thier new engine and truck.

Yeah you could bring them here to the DC Metro area and they would fit right in!! They even have the AC unit lightbars that were a first from here as well.

One of the trucks is rumored to be taking a detour and heading east to a large parade in Virgina. Just a rumor at this point.
