Keith, maybe I'm not the smartest guy around but explain to me what your talking about. My best guess is that due to the split tilt cab, the additional air intake(s) are done this way. Also, if your rig is a pre 2007 motor, perhaps theres less air flow requirement allowing the smaller air intakes. I think the split tilt cab and/or the interior cab config is the most likely reason for doing this.
