Too bad the person who updates the E\-One site can't figure out that Halifax is in Nova Scotia, not Brantford, Ontario!

[/quote]

Yes its strange, brantford is the dealer place,But I am surprised that the site was updated 2 times in 2 weeks with a couple of new delevries. There is a breach in the site update. Just a undread of over 500 are posted each year on the delevries. I dream that they made same of Pierce with a pic of Every truck which leaves Ocala

I don't think Pierce posts all the trucks that leave the factory, there are several that I've never seen on their site, but definitely way better than E\-One! David, where are you located in Canada? New Brunswick?

I think we should be happy to have any Cdn rigs on any of the US Manufacturers sites.

We account for such a small amount of business, its really a wonder they remember us

(as a country) even purchase their equipment!

Thats why it is so great to have a good Canadian presence on this site!

Halifax isn't served by Techno Feu in Quebec?

It seems to me that most of the Brontos delivered in Cdn lately have been from/thru Carrier, who is based in Brantford,ON. They seem to have also got the DND(Army) rigs for across the country too.

Are you sure, i have see the 6 bronto in 2006 for cfb (inclued the cfb edmonton truck) at the tehcno-fire shop in québec, and during

last summer(2009), a couple of titan(around 10) for many army base across canada have spent by thechno feu in québec.

I think techno feu have delivered some unit in atlantic for E\-One direct before carrier has appointed the new dealer in atlantic.

Yes its true, the departement is in process to finish the specs for a new tda for station 1 , the same station where the last tda in canada have served. Dept just have accept bids from E\-One and Pierce in the last bids, i supose that be going to be the similar for the tda.

I know that Tehcno-Fire repainted the first Toronto Bronto's, as they were both E\-One Demos,

so its really hard to say??

Just a heads up for you Canada guys. One of my sources told me that Tehcno-Fire has purchased the following from the Bryn Mawr Fire Company (Montgomery County, PA):

2002 E\-One Hurricaine, 4-door 7-person flat roof cab, quint, 100 ft aluminum rear mount aerial ladder, purchased through Guardian Fire Equipt.-Lansdale,PA, delvd 4-18-02, 1500/500, Hale Qmax pump, Cummins ISM 450 HP, 10 KW AMPS generator, rear/side vision camera, tandem rear axles, plated wheel covers.

If you remember – Tehcno purchased the last aerial that Bryn Mawr had for sale - 1994 E\-One, 4-door cab, quint, 1500/500, 100 ft rear-mount aerial ladder, $452,000, delvd 8-94, Detroit diesel 8V-927A 450 HP, Allison auto World trans, On-Spot auto chains, Hale pump, pre-piped 75 ft waterway, 7.5 KW Onan diesel generator, who resold to St.Jerome,Quebec,Canada-who had it repainted RW.

I presume Tehcno has a buyer for it. Not sure if it left for Canada yet. If anyone hears were it is going, please drop me a line.

Many thanks,
