Quote:Posted on firepics in the past, not my photos Friendship AL 1977 Hahn The top shot is mine. When I took it last year, they told me that they also wanted to buy the '83, but someone else beat them to it. The '77 is a backup rig now, but some the guys still like it better then the newer rigs they have. Quote:Last for this evening is this oddball. Calumet, PA ran/has this 1985 Hendrickson/LTI 100' rearmount which I suspect has Grumman body work. Quint # 109 has a 1500 gpm pump and a 1000 gallon water tank. I think this machine once served the Cardiff FC of Egg Harbor Township (Atlantic County), NJ. Do any of our PA experts have any information on this rig? The info I have for this rig shows that it is a QS-108' rearmount. There are LTI logos on both body and cab, so I would assume that the bodywork was done by Conestoga Custom Products, as were most LTI's from that era. There was a relationship between LTI and Grumman, but that ended around 1982. I have a shot of it while it was at Cardiff, taken at a Wildwood parade, if you want to see it. Since I shot it at a parade, I didn't have the pump and tank info. Thanks for providing it.

Mike, thanks for the info on the Crescent Township and Springettsbury Macks. Juergen
Juergen and Mike,
Mike you have the correct info on the Crescent Twp. engine posted. It is still owned by the fire department. I photographed it back in 2003. They have a nice mural on the side of the firehouse with that mack on it.

Do any of you have any photos of Vandergrift #1 (George G. McMurtry) apparatus pre-1960? GA Dave I saw you had the Ford Bruco but I am looking for the 1952 Seagrave Ladder, 1947 Seagrave Engine, and the 1925 Ahrens Fox I am also curious if you have any photos from Apollo Hose Co # 2 especially some of the Diamond Rio Squad Car or the 60's era Squad car that they had (this one was black and white) I am also curious to see ANY other photos of the old Rainbow Control Era fleets. I am just in heaven seeing these old photos again! Thank you! Quote:Scott/ Pat/ GA Dave Sorry, I don't have anything that old from McMurtry. I am not clear on all the FD's that belonged to Rainbow Control. If you post a list, I'll post what I have from those FD's. I'm sure others will add to it.

It has theirs, yours, Turtlecreeks, and a few others from that era. There are about 5 in the picture if I am not mistaken. A real nice photo.
